Ralph Elmer Lilly, 92, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023. He retired from Rhone Poulenc in Louisville. Ralph was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Valley View Golf Club and American Legion Post.
