Ministry of Pastoral Consultation, Stewardship, and Planning

Pastoral Council – As recommended by canon law, the pastor of Holy Family Parish asks faith-filled, knowledgeable men and women of the parish to investigate some aspect of the church, reflect on it, and recommend their conclusions. In brief, the work of the pastoral council is pastoral planning.

Finance Council – Canon 532 states that each parish must have a Finance Council which assists the pastor in the administration of parish temporal matters.  Finance Council members guide and support the pastor in his stewardship of parish resources while being accountable to the parish and the diocesan bishop.

Buildings and Grounds Committee:  Men of the parish meet on the first Saturday of the month after Mass.  They volunteer time and know-how to address the parish maintenance “to do list.”
