Carl Eugene Duncan, Jr., 68, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Carl was very involved with the Clarksville Challengers special needs baseball team and was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
He was born on August 9, 1954, in Kingsport, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Stephanie Lynn Duncan; and father, Carl Eugene Duncan, Sr.
Carl is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Amy Duncan; son, Carl Duncan III; mother, Faye (Holcomb) Duncan; sister, Phyllis Duncan; and brother, Walter (Tandy) Duncan.
