Sisters and brothers,
You have been so generous and welcoming to the young men of our archdiocese who are studying for the priesthood! I wanted to let you know that on the weekend of June 17-18 we will be given the opportunity through a special collection after Holy Communion to continue our support. While we do not have any men being ordained for the priesthood this year, we do have 21 men who will become permanent deacons. Next year, God willing, we will have a total of 25 men in seminary formation with one – Deacon Jeffrey Dufresne – being ordained to priesthood. Below you will find a downloadable file with the pictures and names of our current seminarians. PLEASE pray for them and encourage any young man you know to consider priesthood.
Thanks, Fr Dan
For all members of our Parish, below is the training video provided by Cardiac Science on how to use the AED in the back of church. We encourage all Liturgical Ministers to watch the video to learn how to properly use this machine in case of an emergency.
