Providence High School to Hold Alumni Night
The Providence Alumni Association is hosting Alumni Night at the varsity football home opener vs. New Albany on Aug. 17. All alumni and guests are invited to attend a free indoor tailgating event in the school’s activity center from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nine former teams celebrating milestone anniversaries of their post-season accomplishments will be honored on the field during half time of the game: 1967 Cross Country, 1982 Football, 1997 Boys Soccer, 2002 Girls Golf, and Volleyball teams from 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, and 2002.
Game time is at 7:30 p.m. Admission to the game is $5.
